You retain all ownership rights to the content you generate using Magi Ai Studio ("Generated Content"). We do not claim any copyright ownership over your creations. You are free to use the Generated Content for personal or commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.
While you own the Generated Content, you are also solely responsible for it. Magi Ai Studio is an AI tool, and you agree that you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all Generated Content before use.
You agree to indemnify and hold Magi Ai Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or legal liabilities arising from your use, distribution, or publication of the Generated Content. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or violation of privacy rights.
You agree not to use Magi Ai Studio to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend your account if you violate these restrictions.
We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
